A lot of companies use the phrase “we're like a family” as an excuse to micromanage you or overwork you, but here, it actually means something. The leadership and dispatch team here don’t treat me like just another truck number on a spreadsheet. They know my name, they respect my time, and they actually listen when I talk to them. Having an employer that backs their drivers up makes a massive difference when you’re out on the road dealing with narrow residential cul-de-sacs and impatient suburban traffic.
